If you have any trouble with Six Degrees do not hesitate to contact me. However, since you probably aren't the first person with a question, please check the list below first to make sure that your issues doesn't already have a solution.
• I can't lookup anything.
Make sure that have a WiFi or 3G data connection. Six Degrees requires an internet connection to perform calculations.
• It still can't find any connections between the actors!
It's possible that you've come across a rare set of actors that cannot be linked. However, there may be a solution in your settings.
- From the 'Lookup' tab, tap the gear icon to view the settings.
- Enable more 'Degree Types'.
- Try your lookup again.
Not all actors work only in movies, by enabling TV shows and video games you may find links that weren't available otherwise.
